What we collect, why we hold it, and what we never do with it.
Dream Boldly Studios builds and maintains websites and manages online presence for small businesses. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and what we do not do with it.
From website visitors. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, browser, and device type. This is aggregate traffic data and we do not use it to identify you personally.
When you contact us. If you submit a form or email us, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you choose to provide. We use it to reply and, if you become a client, to deliver the services agreed.
From clients. Business contact details, website content, and delegated access to the platforms you ask us to manage on your behalf.
We operate an internal tool used only by Dream Boldly Studios to prepare the monthly performance reports we send our clients. It connects using our own Google account and requests these permissions:
Analytics and Search Console access is read-only. We do not modify or delete anything in those properties.
How it is used. Only to produce the monthly report for the client the data belongs to, and to alert us to new reviews so they can be answered promptly.
How it is stored. Report figures are stored in our own database on infrastructure we control, and retained so a report sent months ago can still be produced as a record of what the client was told. The credential authorizing this access is encrypted at rest.
What we do not do. We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the reporting service to the client it concerns, or where required by law. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine learning or AI models.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, analytics — and only as far as needed to do that work. Each client's data is reported only to that client.
We keep client records and report history for as long as we provide services, and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting, and legal obligations require. Enquiries from people who do not become clients are deleted once they are no longer needed.
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Clients can withdraw our access to their Google properties at any time from their own Google account, which immediately ends our ability to read that data.
